So easy to use!

Haystack is seriously great! I tried their Tech Talent Marketplace to find some developers, and it was such a smooth experience. Haystack's AI matching feels more targeted for engineering roles than Hired, from my experience. Less noise. Otta is good for discovery but Haystack's direct messaging feature is solid.

I'd say the main difference is Haystack's focus on tech talent specifically. LinkedIn is huge but can be a pain to filter. Haystack and Cord are more niche. Depends what roles you're filling.

They're heavily focused on software engineers, but I've definitely seen data scientists, DevOps, and even some product roles pop up. Their filtering is pretty good for specifying.
